• Comfortable with menus, drinks recommendations, table service, tray service, clearing, resetting, guest questions, and the standards that make service feel effortless.
• A natural host with personality, confidence, and warmth, able to read the room, connect with guests, and bring House of Gods energy to every interaction.
• Fast, organised, and reliable, with the ability to manage orders, keep sections clean, support smooth service, and stay calm when the floor gets busy.
• Commercially aware, ready to upsell, recommend dishes and drinks, protect standards, and help turn great service into memorable spend.
• A team player who communicates clearly, supports colleagues, follows service standards, and helps keep the floor slick from opening to close.
