• Naturally warm, charismatic, and confident with guests, able to read the room, create atmosphere, upsell beautifully, and make people feel properly looked after.
• A proper team player who supports the floor, works cleanly, communicates clearly, follows licensing and safety standards, and keeps service moving with style.
