We want Full Time Waiting Staff who are sharp, reliable, and thrive when the atmosphere turns electric. This is a full time role, so we’re looking for people ready to commit fully to the pace, polish, and personality of House of Gods. You’ll help keep service running beautifully, deliver unforgettable guest experiences, and make every guest feel like they’ve stepped into something seriously special.

This isn’t a casual cover shift or a few hours here and there. This is a full-time waiting staff role for someone who wants to be right in the heart of the action.

You are:

• Confident, organised, and calm when the orders start flying.
• Fast on your feet, unflappable under pressure, and obsessed with consistency and presentation.
• Experienced in hotel, restaurant, dining room, floor, or fast-paced hospitality service.
• A master of multitasking, balancing guest service, orders, tables, standards, and team flow all at once.
• A confident decision-maker who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and leads from the front with calm, polished authority.
• A lover of full-time hospitality, polished service, big personality, and floor work that keeps you moving.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering slick, stylish, full-time waiting service across shifts, keeping pace, standards, and guest experience consistently high.
• Supporting the floor team to deliver service that feels seamless, stylish, and unforgettable.
• Managing floor setup, table readiness, cleanliness, menus, cutlery, glassware, and service standards before, during, and after service.
• Owning menu knowledge, hygiene standards, guest experience, and seamless coordination between floor, bar, kitchen, and hotel teams.
• Keeping the energy high, the floor polished, the standards spotless, and the service running beautifully throughout every shift.
