We’re on the hunt for a Head Bartender, someone with serious bar credibility, razor sharp standards, and the charisma to lead one of London’s newest and most iconic bars from the front. You’ll drive a bar operation that is fast, focused, beautifully theatrical, and built on quality, style, and attitude, making sure every drink and every guest experience feels as iconic as the room around them.

For us, the bar is the heartbeat of the house: disciplined, guest obsessed, commercially sharp, and relentless. The expectation is clear, you’ll lead drinks quality, cocktail execution, team performance, guest recovery, bar presence, stock control, and daily compliance, while pushing the venue forward every day.

This isn’t your standard Head Bartender gig. It’s high-energy service, big personalities, sharp systems, flawless drinks, killer standards, and an atmosphere that hums with attitude.

You are:

• A natural-born bar leader, calm, confident, organised, and respected.
• Experienced in high-volume, high energy bars, with a proven track record of driving drinks quality, guest satisfaction, strong sales, tight controls, and consistent team performance.
• Confident leading from behind the bar, building rotas, coaching bartenders, developing cocktails, managing service, handling guest feedback, controlling stock and costs, and keeping every shift tight while the energy stays electric.
• Cool under pressure and sharp on the details, from presentation and consistency to licensing, hygiene, and responsible service.
• Obsessed with guest experience, you don’t just make drinks, you create moments guests remember.
• Able to inspire, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver world-class hospitality with edge.
• A lover of bold flavours, big standards, unforgettable guest experiences, and hospitality that bites back.
