1 Full-Time Position (40 hours) & 0-hour positions - Shifts typically vary between 8:30 am – 7:00 pm.

Sopwell House is a luxurious, family-owned Georgian country house hotel offering timeless elegance and modern comfort. We’re proud to be a place where exceptional service is delivered with warmth, pride and purpose. We’re currently looking for passionate Room Attendants to join our dedicated Housekeeping team.

Your role in our family:

  • Deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation within guest bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring every space is perfectly prepared to welcome our guests
  • Take pride in being part of our dedicated Housekeeping team, where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork define everything we do
  • Take ownership of assigned rooms, ensuring they are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards at all times
  • Support the wider housekeeping operation by replenishing linens and amenities, maintaining stock levels, and assisting with deep-cleaning tasks when required
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, helping to create a seamless and memorable stay

What would make you the perfect fit?

  • Previous experience in a cleaning, housekeeping, or similar role, with a strong eye for detail.
  • A good level of English, both written and spoken, to communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
  • A naturally approachable and friendly manner – you enjoy helping others and creating a welcoming environment.
  • A true team player attitude, supporting and uplifting those around you.
  • The ability to work flexibly, with shifts scheduled between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills – staying calm and organised even when things get busy.
