At the Torridon team members are the frontline ambassadors of the guest experience. Your responsibilitiesis are specific to Housekeeping, and also  have core responsibilities for a team member:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

Greet guests with a Genuine Sense of Interest.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints politely and promptly
Anticipate guests’ needs to create a memorable experience.

 Maintain a Clean and Organised Environment

Ensure work areas and public spaces meet cleanliness standards
Follow hygiene and safety protocols
Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately

 Follow Hotel  Policies and Standards

Uphold brand standards and service protocols
Wear the correct uniform and maintain a professional appearance
Arrive on time and follow the assigned schedule

 Work as a Team Player

Support colleagues during busy periods or shift changes
Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

 Promote a Safe and Secure Environment

Be aware of emergency procedures
Monitor and report any unusual activity or hazards
Support the wellbeing and safety of guests and colleagues
•Support the sustainability of reduce, reuse, recycle.
