We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Evening Office Coordinator to become a valued member of our outstanding Housekeeping team at Pan Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY

Working as the Housekeeping Evening Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning coordination and administration of housekeeping operations. Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, service areas, guest corridors, and back of the house staircases and all Public Areas as assigned to ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained at all times. Also, responsible for planning coordination and administration of rooms/ public area operations. Your tasks as a Housekeeping Evening Office Coordinator will include but not be limited to:

·       Maintain a high level of guest service and ensure rapid and professional response to all guest requests.

·       Assign special duties to Floor Supervisors, Room Attendants and Linen/House Porters.

·       Constantly monitor the computer system throughout the shift updating any change of room status.

·       Fill out a discrepancy list and ensure its emailed to Front Office team.

·       Collect a concise handover from the daytime Floor supervisors as well as Morning coordinator.

·       Check and return to Reception a constant flow of serviced guest rooms as per occupancy requirement
