THE ROLE - LAUNDRY ATTENDANT
The Laundry Attendant role is to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, by supporting all roles in Housekeeping department and sorting linen and towels, attending guest requests and keeping great communication with the team.

EXPECTATIONS:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for all laundry items.
- Efficiently and safely operate washing, drying, and pressing machines.
- Process high-quality fabrics and specialty items with care.
- Monitor and manage inventory of detergents and supplies, ensuring availability and proper usage.
- Address special laundry requests and handle guest items with discretion and care.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and hotel-specific procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely service.
- Be professional at all the times
- Be a positive ambassador of The NoMad throughout your professional career with us.
- Always adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not exclusive of; H&S policies, HR policies; employee handbook.
- To role model The NoMad values and bringing them to life through each and every interaction.
