Description

As a passionate and dedicated professional in the Housekeeping department, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and supervise daily operations, reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper. Your responsibilities will include managing the upkeep of public areas, as well as overseeing the laundry/uniform, valet, and linen room services. In the absence of the Head Housekeeper, you will serve as their representative and maintain the smooth functioning of all housekeeping operations, ensuring standards are upheld. 


What we are looking for

To be successful in your application you will already have experience in Housekeeping from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5 star hospitality industry. You will be an impeccably presented individual who possesses excellent customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets. You will have previous experience as Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Housekeeping within a luxury Hotel property.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have very good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
