The role: 

As our laundry assistant, you'll be an integral part of the team responsible for the daily laundry operations and storage for the hotel and associated businesses.

This role is a full time position, working five days out of seven. The shift times will be 8.30am-2.30pm. The role will be based at our offices in St. Columb. 

What your days could look like:

• Maintain high standards of washing, drying and ironing of all linen
• Ensure all areas of the landry are kept clean and tidy
• Indentify any maintenance issues and be the responsible person for reporting them 
• To attend meetings and training sessions when required 
• Follow all health and safety, manual handling and COSHH procedures
• Perform any additional duties as required by the housekeeping managers 
• Give new team members a helping hand, and support their training and development
• Work together, as part of our committed, efficient and dynamic team

Job skills & requirements:

• Experience of housekeeping in a similar role
• Happy working under your own supervision as well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent time management skills
