Another Place, The Lake

Description

Another Place Hotel – a place to take your housekeeping career to new heights. With a team that values connection, flexibility, variety, and challenge, we're all about making a meaningful impact on our guest’s holiday. Our three core values - We Care, We Notice, We Change – show what it means to work for a hotel which goes above and beyond for our team and guests. At Another Place, we don't just provide a place for our guests to rest their heads - we create memorable experiences that they'll remember for a lifetime.

Do you like being independent, and setting your day to your own music or stories? Does routine make your day fly by and do you relish the fulfilment that comes from working hard and finishing things well? Do you love the good night’s sleep and fitness benefits brought about by a focused and motivated shift? Do you enjoy lake views, breaks in the fresh air, and wild swimming after work? If so, we want you! Join us and be part of a team that values connection, creativity, and making a positive impact on people's lives.

The role:
We’re looking for lively, attentive, and energetic people to join our welcoming housekeeping team. Our housekeeping assistants prepare guests’ rooms for their arrival, take care of their laundry, and play a vital role in ensuring the hotel is clean, safe and looks first-class every day.

You’ll be most content working behind the scenes, but warm and friendly with everyone you meet and feel valued in your team. You’ll understand the importance of the work you do and will be proud when you notice and fix even the smallest of details. Trust makes our team strong and happy. Once you’re trained up and confident you’ll become a housekeeper and be given the space to manage your own list, with contracted hours and the opportunity for overtime if you want to do more.

This is a permanent position with all the benefits that comes from being part of our core team. In return for your enthusiasm and commitment, you’ll find yourself in a supportive group of likeminded people with a shared outlook on life, where friendship, connection, flexibility, variety and challenge make every working day worthwhile. Oh and did we mention the lake is on your doorstep?

Joining our team means being part of a community that values excellence, innovation, and kindness in everything we do. Our commitment to our team is reflected in our exceptional working environment - one that promotes work-life balance, professional development, and plenty of opportunities for growth.
