In this vital role, you’ll lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. You’ll set the tone with your professionalism, positivity, and dedication to excellence, ensuring every guest feels truly cared for.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper (or similar senior role) within a high-quality hotel environment.
• A confident, motivational leadership style that inspires your team to excel.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to the highest standards.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay focused under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
• Experience with workforce management systems (Harri) would be a bonus, but training will be provided.
