What you'll do

As a Room Attendant, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:

  • You will be responsible for seamless service, discretion, intuitive, and flexible during their day. This will include eye for detail, thoroughness and hygienic, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special set-ups, additional supplies, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Room Attendants.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Room Attendant, but we will make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change. These currently set as:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 23:00 
  • Saturday and Sunday: 09:30 - 23:00


What you'll bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel/apartment as a room attendant - performing light, deep cleaning duties in the hotel and public areas and turndown services
  • Verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • The ability to work on your own.
  • Customer service skills.
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and endurance.
  • The ability to organise your time and workload.
