We are currently recruiting for a Head Housekeeper for the 4 Star Radisson Blu Edwardian Sussex Hotel.

This role comes with forward progression opportunities with Edwardian Hotels for the future.

Overview:

• We are currently recruiting for a Head Housekeeper to join the team at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Sussex Hotel.
• As a  Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the implementation of the housekeeping and company brand standards alongside the General Manager.
• The Head Housekeeper will direct the housekeeping team to ensure a high level of service and standards are achieved.
• Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience within housekeeping.
• Demonstrates a proactive to seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.

About You:

• Current London 4- or 5-Star hotel housekeeping supervisory experience, ideally as a Deputy Head Housekeeper or Head Housekeepeer.
• Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
• Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
