We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Head Housekeeper for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner. 

Overview: 

  • An amazing opportunity to join the Housekeeping Team at The Londoner as Assistant Head Housekeeper. 

  • You will inspect all areas of the hotel to ensure that our high standards of cleanliness have been achieved.

  • Actively participates in the morning briefing with the team and allocates duties as per the daily cleaning schedule. 

  • Ensures that the right control procedures are in place when issuing linen, cleaning materials and guest supplies.  

  • Ensures that handover's are detailed and thorough.

  • Ensures that communication between Housekeeping and other disciplines is clear and timely. 

  • Uses MMS to report faults to maintenance and and follows up to check that that the job has been done to a high standard. 

  • Completes all necessary reports for the day and follows up on activity completion of routine tasks.

 About You: 

  • Current London 4 or 5 star hotel housekeeping coordinator experience ideally required. 

  • Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to a high standard.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, competent with Excel and Opera. 

  • In depth knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
