We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Office Coordinator for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner. 

Overview: 

  • An amazing opportunity to join the Housekeeping Team at The Londoner as an Office Coordinator.

  • As a Housekeeping Office Coordinator your role will be to support the Executive Head Housekeeper in the day-to-day administration duties for the housekeeping team. 

  • You will support the allocation of credits to the room attendant team making sure that all rooms are covered to be cleaned that day. You will allocate jobs as required to the House Stewards ensuring that there is an organise schedule of public are cleaning. 

  • You will ensure stock control is maintained and deal with contractors in an effective and timely manner. 

  • You will ensure guest expectations are exceeded at all times and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience at The Londoner. 

  • You will support with recruitment onboarding and timesheets  

  • Demonstrates a proactive to seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary. 

 About You: 

  • Current London 4 or 5 star hotel housekeeping coordinator experience ideally required. 

  • Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to a high standard.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, competent with Excel and Opera. 

  • In depth knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
