The Role

As a Linen Porter, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring a consistent flow of clean, high-quality linen across the hotel. Your work supports both housekeeping and operational teams in delivering exceptional standards throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect linen across guest rooms and public areas
• Organise and maintain linen stores
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
• Work closely with housekeeping to meet daily operational needs
• Handle soiled linen correctly and safely
• Keep storage areas clean, tidy, and well organised

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or a similar role preferred
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit (role involves lifting and moving linen)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends
• Right to work in the UK
