Description
Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden is seeking a confident Breakfast Attendant to become part of our Team. Our properties operate 24/7; we require someone to work on our early shift (6 am to 2 pm).
You will report to the Assistant Residence Manager, supporting towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.
As our Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting our guests, in a courteous and personable manner
- Setting up the Breakfast Buffet according to our Company standards
- Overseeing the breakfast service, assisting our guests where needed in accordance with Food Safety standards
- Clearing, cleaning and ensuring hygiene standards are well maintained at all times
- Supporting with the public area cleaning as required after breakfast service.
To be successful in the role of Breakfast Attendant, we require:
- Excellent guest engagement skills
- Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations
- A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
