Als Frühstücksmitarbeiter sind Sie verantwortlich für:

• die herzliche Begrüßung und Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste am Morgen
• Vorbereitung & Aufbau des Frühstücksbuffets
• Zubereitung von warmen und kalten  Frühstücksspeisen
• Sauberkeit des gesamten Arbeitsbereich, sowie der sorgfältige Umgang mit allen Lebensmitteln unter Einhaltung der Hygienestandards (HACCP)
• die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und schnellen Serviceablaufs
• Annahme und Kontrolle von Warenlieferungen

Um in der Position als Frühstücksmitarbeiter erfolgreich zu sein, sollten Sie:

• Flüssige Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse haben (in Wort und Schrift)

Our properties operate 24/7; therefore, the department works on an early (AM-PM) shift basis, with preparation and early set up of daily breakfast.

A Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for:

• Giving our local and international guests a warm welcome and looking after them in the morning
• Preparing and setting up the breakfast buffet
• Preparing hot and cold breakfast dishes
• Keeping the entire work area clean and handling all food with care in accordance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Ensuring smooth and efficient service

To be successful in the role of Breakfast Attendant, we require:

• Speak fluent German and English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent guest engagement skills with the ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• Strong communication skills and the ability to organise yourself according to the different expectations of guests
• Organised, motivated and a team player who enjoys working in an international team
