Description
Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Linen Porter with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor, supporting/working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.
The Linen Porter will be responsible for:
- Daily assigned duties to support the laundry, linen and uniform room operations
- Collecting and delivering guest laundry, performing laundry cleaning, sorting linens and uniforms and assisting with inventory count
- Reporting safety hazards and security threats in accordance with organisational guidelines
To be successful in the role of Linen Porter, we require:
- Excellent guest engagement skills
- Confident and calm manner
- Excellent organisational skills
