Our BOH team plays a critical role in delivering the quality, speed, and consistency that our guests expect every visit.

• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items to Houston TX Hot Chicken standards
• Bread, fry, season, and plate food accurately and consistently
• Maintain food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Complete prep tasks and ensure product readiness throughout shifts
• Follow portioning and recipe standards to maintain quality and cost controls
• Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized
• Support opening, shift transition, and closing responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with leadership and Front of House team members
• Work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
