• Prepare and cook menu items according to Houston TX Hot Chicken standards
• Bread, fry, season, and assemble products with consistency and attention to detail
• Execute food safely while maintaining quality and speed during busy periods
• Follow prep procedures, recipes, and portion standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
• Complete opening, shift, and closing responsibilities
• Communicate and work closely with leadership and Front of House teams
• Support inventory practices and help minimize waste

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
