Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Director of Company Operations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (What you will drive everyday):
Bring the HHC brand to life every single day — making sure our guests feel the
energy, passion, and quality we’re known for!
Be the go-to person for all things guest service — because happy guests make
our world go ‘round.
Ensure every meal that leaves the kitchen is top-notch and adheres to recipe and
plating standards.
Keep an eye on our hiring needs and help build an amazing team — finding,
hiring, and onboarding the right people to keep things running smoothly.
Make new team members feel at home from day one — handle onboarding,
paperwork, and all the essentials with care.
Lead, coach, and inspire your crew — turning good team members into great
ones through training, feedback, and mentorship.
Keep things real — address challenges head-on with clear communication and
performance improvement plans when needed.
Be a menu master — know every item inside and out so you can guide, train,
and wow our guests.
Lead monthly team meetings that motivate, inform, and keep everyone aligned
and fired up.
Keep your finger on the pulse of profitability — watch sales, costs, and margins
like a pro.
Keep the restaurant spotless and organized, following food rotation and
cleanliness standards that would make Mom proud.
Order food, supplies, and everything else needed to keep things humming.
Stay organized with invoices and documentation like a true business boss.
Build perfect weekly schedules that balances guest needs, team availability, and
labor goals.
Hit key performance goals and metrics as determined by your Director of
Company Operations.
Manage daily deposits and change orders.
Keep everyone aligned with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Protect the team and guests by following all health, safety, and cash-handling
procedures.
Be flexible and ready to shine on mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays —
leadership doesn’t clock out!
Share daily/weekly updates with the Director of Company Operations to
celebrate wins and tackle opportunities.
