• Prepare and cook menu items following Houston TX Hot Chicken recipes and operating standards
• Bread, fry, season, and assemble food with consistency and attention to detail
• Execute food safely while maintaining speed and quality during busy service periods
• Follow prep procedures, portion standards, and food safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked kitchen environment
• Complete opening, shift, and closing responsibilities
• Work closely with leadership and Front of House teams to deliver a great guest experience
• Support inventory management and minimize product waste

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform in a high-energy, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required—we train the right people
