Houston TX Hot Chicken’s Green Valley location is looking for dependable, motivated Kitchen Team Members who take pride in preparing great food and working as a team. If you bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, bread, cook, and assemble menu items according to HHC recipes and standards.
• Deliver fresh, properly seasoned food with consistent portions and accurate orders.
• Use timers for every batch and follow cooking and holding procedures.
• Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining food quality and fast ticket times.
• Follow food safety standards, including proper handwashing, raw chicken handling, labeling, and storage.
• Keep kitchen stations, equipment, dishes, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Communicate with the front of house to keep orders moving and address guest needs.
• Assist with prep, stocking, opening, and closing responsibilities.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow established procedures.
• Attention to detail and pride in food quality and cleanliness.
• Ability to stay organized and work with urgency in a busy kitchen.
• Availability for assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred.
