What You’ll DoRegister
Greet with energy; guide first-timers; suggest pairings & upgrades
Own order accuracy, special requests, and payment/loyalty enrollment
Keep lines moving with friendly urgency; hit speed and accuracy goals
Expo
Verify every plate/bag against the ticket (no misses)
Stage sauces, utensils, and modifications perfectly; communicate with BOH
Close the loop with the guest: name call-outs, quick checkbacks, fixes on the spot
Lobby Attendant
Keep the dining room spotless and stocked; proactive table touches
Resolve issues with empathy and action; recover moments before they become complaints
Invite feedback and ethically encourage reviews (QR codes, table talkers, follow-up)
Guest Satisfaction: 5-star review mentions, response rate, NPS sentiment
Speed & Accuracy: Check-to-hand-off time, zero missing-item incidents
Sales Impact: Attach rates on drinks/sides/desserts, loyalty sign-ups
Standards: Cleanliness audits, brand-voice hospitality moments observed
Customer-experience obsessed with a track record of delighting guests
Confident communicator who can read the room and stay upbeat under pressure
Detail-driven: tickets, modifiers, and expo checks are second nature
A teammate who shows up, jumps in, and lifts others
Able to work on your feet, lift up to 25 lbs, and handle a fast pace
Preferred: Experience in high-volume QSR/fast casual; using POS/expo systems; reputation management (asking for/boosting reviews the right way)
