Requirements 

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Highschool diploma or GED.
• 2-3 Years of restaurant experience. 
• Basic Experience with Microsoft Suite. 

A Day in the Life 

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting and managing all daily operations within the restaurant. You will have up to 30 team members under your guidance, so it is essential that each one feels at home and ready to help create the best environment possible. As a manager, you’ll support your general manager in ensuring procedures are followed, and the HHC experience is top-tier. This includes ensuring high food quality, creating a world-class customer experience, and ensuring the restaurant is efficient and profitable. All managers will be working bodies to lead by example in the store, this ensures that training, and employee retention are the major focuses.
