Position Overview

As a General Manager, you are the leader of your store. You are responsible for driving sales, developing your team, controlling costs, and delivering an elite guest experience—every single shift.

This Tempe location is fast-paced, high-volume, and highly visible. We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, leads with energy, and holds a high standard for execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Operational Excellence
  • Lead day-to-day operations to ensure speed, accuracy, and food quality
  • Enforce all HHC SOPs, food safety standards, and cleanliness expectations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing restaurant environment
• Financial Performance
  • Manage labor to company targets (≤17%)
  • Control COGS and drive profitability
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and average check targets
  • Monitor KPIs including SPLH, reviews, and guest satisfaction
• Team Leadership & Development
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Build future leaders within your store
  • Hold team members accountable while maintaining a strong, positive culture
  • Lead from the front—this is a working manager role
• Guest Experience
  • Ensure every guest leaves saying: “That was the best chicken—and best service—I’ve ever had.”
  • Drive hospitality standards including table touches and FOH engagement
  • Own store-level reviews and reputation

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Proven ability to manage labor, costs, and drive profitability
• Strong leadership presence and ability to build culture
• High energy, hands-on, and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, college-driven environment
• Experience with training and developing teams
• Food safety knowledge and compliance mindset
