Description

We are looking for a unique talent to join us as Accounts Payable based at our London HQ, near Holborn station, paying £32-£35k per annum depending on the experience. 

The individual will cover the Accounts Payable position within YOTEL Head Office. This position would suit someone in a similar position, and who wouldn’t necessarily have worked in hotels before. is 

Essential for this role:

  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to communicate with people in a professional and friendly manner
  • Flexible, open to ideas and able to adapt to the requirements of the business
  • Knowledge of SUN and BirchStreet is preferable but not essential

Function of this role:

  • Post invoices across multiple sites/ countries – multi currency involvedmonth-end
  • Assist with and process bi-monthly payment runs
  • Assist with/ facilitate month-end reporting – accruals and prepayments
  • Reconciliation of all statements; requesting missing invoices and making adjustments where necessary
  • To have good communication skills and proficiently liaise with all departments on an ongoing basis; particularly as and when supplies have been requested/arrived for a particular department.
  • To work collaboratively as a team and help each other where necessary
  • Maintains up-to-date Accounts Payable records and reconciles monthly all Accounts Payable ledgers (i.e. Trade suppliers, accruals, prepaid etc.) against General Ledger.
