The Smoked Taco is currently looking for seasoned full-time Catering Sales Manager who is as passionate about fresh quality food and excellent customer service.

In the role of Catering Sales Manager, will have the opportunity to lead the company in finding, creating, and fulfilling innovative marketing avenues while leading by example our catering division of our delicious smoked meat tacos.

A successful Catering Sales Manager must possess:

• Proven record of accomplishment of demonstrating business/budget strategy techniques from labor management to food cost analysis all while providing consistent & exemplary customer service experiences
• The ability to overcoming obstacles while actively listening to ideas, concerns, & feedback
• Exhibiting and implementing processes that create and allow others to collaborate in a positive work environment
• Inspire and build relationships with corporate support partners, vendors, & customers that lead to impactful changes & improvements
• Dedication for team building, team development, & career influencing to guide coworkers to career greatness!

A successful Sales and Catering Manager needs to be qualified with:

• 1+ years of fast paced fast/casual restaurant/retail leadership experience with grassrooting experience to grow business to the next level.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Experience with driving sales, meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customers
• Willing to work hard at the store level making tacos and experiencing the business at all levels. No job is too small!
• You must be 18 years of age or older to be qualified for this position.
