Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager that is looking for a new challenge in Cornwall?

We need a sharp, enthusiastic, outgoing and engaging Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR Team! The role is part time (3 days per week).

You will be responsible for administering, developing, and delivering strategies that attract and retain top talent to our group of businesses.

What your days could look like:

  • Proactive talent sourcing through networking and direct outreach.
  • Championing the employer brand at relevant industry and community events.
  • Delivering a programme of promotional meetings and events.
  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring and evaluating campaigns to ensure the best results.
  • Reporting on progress and successes.
  • Developing and maintaining a Talent pool.
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring teams.
  • Creating engaging job descriptions.
  • Delivering our employer brand.
  • Using key research to keep up to date with recruitment trends and tools.


Key skills required:

  • An outgoing personality- someone who is comfortable in speaking to an audience and engaging with all different types of people.
  • Previous working experience in recruitment and/or marketing.
  • Experience of business social media channels, especially Instagram and Facebook.
  • A good knowledge of SEO best practice.
  • Good knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to help create compelling digital content and narratives.
  • Analytical skills to track and analyse campaign results.
  • Project management and organisational skills.
  • Creativity and imagination.
  • Attention to detail, proofing experience a bonus.
  • Clean driving licence.

General:

  • This is a part-time position (three days per week).
  • Travel across the business locations will be required.
  • You will be based at our central office in Cornwall, The Hangar, Aerohub Business Park, St Mawgan, Newquay, TR8 4RZ
