About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded Lead HR Business Partner to join a committed and hard working team. Are you someone who is energised by fast-paced environments, passionate about people, and ready to shape the future of hospitality?

We’re looking for a Lead HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading and supporting our people strategy across multiple sites. This is a senior role partnering with operational leaders to drive people performance, culture, and organisational effectiveness.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders delivering the people agenda while ensuring alignment with wider business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategy with execution in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Partner with senior operational leaders to deliver the HR strategy

·       Drive engagement, culture, and performance across a multi-site operation

·       Provide expert guidance on employee relations, risk management, and UK employment law

·       Support organisational change, restructures, and transformation programmes

·       Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes

·       Drive our training agenda

·       Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives

About You

·       Proven experience in a more senior HR role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or a multi-site environment

·       Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior leadership level

·       Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

·       Experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change

·       Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment

·       CIPD qualified (to L5 or equivalent experience)
