Provide coaching and guidance to managers, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes while mitigating organisational risk. Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningOversee the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with managers to attract, identify and secure top talent. Support workforce planning initiatives and ensure a positive and engaging candidate and onboarding experience. People Operations & HR AdministrationEnsure effective management of all people processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probationary reviews, contractual changes, employee records and leavers. Maintain accurate HR systems and ensure best practice across all people operations. PayrollPartner with the Payroll Manager and Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Attendance, Wellbeing & Employee SupportLead the hotel's approach to employee wellbeing, attendance management and engagement. Provide guidance to managers on supporting employee health, welfare and performance while promoting a culture of wellbeing and inclusion. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with UK employment legislation, GDPR and company policies and procedures. Provide guidance on employment law matters, monitor compliance risks and ensure people practices are consistently applied across the business. Learning, Development & Talent ManagementWork in partnership with the Regional L&D Manager and hotel leadership team to identify development needs, coordinate training initiatives and support career development opportunities.
