OPEN CALL FOR NEW CELEBRITY CHEF RESTAURANT IN HUDSON YARDS

Hudson Yards Grill is a new restaurant concept serving food built from scratch, and expedited in a way that it can be quick, but still an exceptional dining experience. This is a partnership of two successful entities: Boston-based Himmel Hospitality Group and celebrity Chef Michael Lomonaco. Chef Lomonaco opened the award-winning Porter House Bar and Grill, followed by Center Bar, but the best is yet to come. His next venture is an ode to the American kitchen – a casual, comfortable restaurant built around an open exhibition kitchen, with a superb bar to meet and greet over classic cocktails.

Front of House
• Server
• Bartender
• Runner
• Host

Heart of House:
• Sous Chef
• Line Cook
• Porter
• Dishwasher

General Requirements:
• 2 Years prior casual-fine dining / high volume production
• Prior NYC experience preferred
• Passionate about food & the individual guest experience
• Teamwork oriented
