The Role
As part of our People & Culture team, you will contribute to a wide range of meaningful responsibilities, including:
Recruitment & Onboarding – Supporting hiring managers in attracting and selecting top talent and ensuring a warm, polished onboarding experience for every new colleague.
Learning & Development – Assisting with the coordination and delivery of training initiatives, helping to embed a culture of continuous learning. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in L&D.
Employee Relations & Engagement – Being a trusted point of contact for colleagues, fostering open communication, inclusion, and wellbeing.
HR Administration & Payroll Support – Managing key administrative processes, maintaining accurate colleague records, supporting compliance, and assisting in the preparation and review of monthly payroll inputs.
Projects & Initiatives – Contributing to exciting cross-departmental initiatives and supporting brand-wide HR strategies that enhance the colleague journey.
This is a hands-on, varied role—ideal for someone who not only is passionate but enjoys the operational side of HR. You will gain meaningful experience and exposure to develop your professional profile in one of London’s most refined luxury hospitality environments.
You’ll work closely with key members of the People & Culture team and across departments
Key Responsibilities
Support with recruitment, onboarding, and colleague lifecycle administration
Assist with Learning & Development coordination, including scheduling and tracking of training
Maintain accurate HR records and provide support in payroll preparation and reporting
Act as a point of contact for employee relations queries, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
Collaborate on engagement initiatives and brand-wide People & Culture projects
Utilise Fourth (HRIS) and Flow/Mappal systems for colleague data management, compliance tracking, and training delivery

Excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills
Experience or interest in Learning & Development and HR operations
