Talent Branding & Acquisition Coordinator UK

Mission:  Execute the Talent Branding & Acquisition role in their hotel/s, according to the competencies of their position and following the company's policies, processes and tools while always focusing on guaranteeing a good experience for associates and candidates. 

This role is a Cluster position and would be looking after 6 Hotels.

 

What will you be doing?

Ø  Identify the internship opportunities that their hotels can offer.

Ø  Ensure, together with the HoDs, the correct experience of the trainees and their follow-up and final evaluation.

Ø  Post job adverts with a high degree of accuracy and attention-to-detail.

Ø Review and shortlist CV's, telephone pre-screen candidates, and organise interviews.

Ø Provide a robust and positive recruiting experience, ensuring candidates receive timely responses and feedback.

Ø Utilise the tools provided to check candidates have the correct right to work in the UK, complying with UK Immigration legislation.

Ø Attend recruitment fairs and careers days with selected partners and educational institutions, to build a talent pool and promote Company careers.

Ø  Support in the organization of pre-opening and re-branding training, following the guidelines provided.

Ø  Support the Manager in identifying internal talent based on defined guidelines, tools and campaigns.

Ø  Recruitment and selection along side the hotel Heads of Department 

Ø  Coordinate the proper execution of individual Development Plans (PTP and JTP) together with the mentor and follow up with the participant.

 Ø  Once the vacancy cover is received, publish it (internally and externally) in the corresponding recruitment sources according to need. Screen candidates in accordance with HR-HS policies and procedures.
