HR Payroll & Admin Coordinator - Salary Up to £34k

Mission: Support the HR function by coordinating payroll, administration, and employee services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This position will work closely with managers and employees to deliver efficient HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

What will you be doing?

Ø Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation (contracts, new starter forms, absence records, probation reviews, etc.) is accurate and up to date.

Ø Assist with payroll processing by inputting and checking data such as allowances, deductions, and overtime, ensuring timely and accurate submission each month.

Ø Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and administrative matters in a professional and timely manner.

Ø Support the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have the correct documentation, contracts, and right-to-work checks in line with legislation.

Ø Coordinate HR processes such as contract changes, extensions, leavers, and absence management, working with managers to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Ø Support recruitment administration including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and ensuring smooth communication with candidates.

Ø Ensure accurate filing of HR documents (digital and paper), following company methodology and GDPR requirements.

Ø Work with managers to track training, absence, and probation deadlines, ensuring records are updated and actions are followed up.

Ø Provide administrative support for health & safety and compliance processes when required.

Ø Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and HR teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
