Visitors can take a tour of the gardens, deer park and cyder press, dine in the Garden Café or browse our farm shops. Attracting some 200,000 visitors per year from all over the world, our vibrant and thriving garden attraction is animated throughout the seasons by special events, workshops and educational programmes.

Position Summary
We are looking for an engaging and energetic Hospitality HR Manager to partner with the hotel and Visitor Attraction operational areas. This role will work closely with the Head of HR and central HR team as a dedicated resource for our hospitality teams. With responsibility for all aspects of operational and strategic HR, be a trusted coach to support the management team to learn, develop, grow and solve real business problems.
The successful applicant will have experience of working in a busy hospitality environment, and understand the importance of excellent guest service. A strong knowledge of industry recruitment, operational standards and confidence in the delivery of training are all key requirements for this position.
