Description

Humble Grape is a highly successful and well-publicised group of wine bars/restaurants, who are now looking for an experienced CDP. These exciting customer-experience wine focussed venues offer a variety of complementary, high-quality Sustainable and organic dishes, which attract a wide and loyal customer base.

 Are you a creative and talented chef looking for an exciting new role with unlimited potential? Do you love good food and fine wines? Do you want to work in a kitchen that makes 100 per cent of the food served? Seasonally changing menus, working with sustainable and organic products and producers, If so we need you!


We are a growing company and always look to promote from within rather than recruiting for senior positions externally.


● We all work in & around 40-45 hours per week with 2 days off, ideal for someone keen to have a good work/life balance,

● We regularly have wine training sessions and food tastings so we are constantly trying something new, discovering something different every week,

● Our menu changes seasonally so we are constantly working with different products and techniques.

● We are passionate about the food we produce using some of the best seasonal and organic products along with a zero waste and nose to tail mentality 


Job requirements:


  • Have previous experience within the role you are applying for

  • Have a passion for creating top quality seasonal dishes

  • A strong mind set to zero waste food production 

  • An open mind willing to learn new techniques and develop, as well as sharing experience. 

  • Be Hands on, willing to help out across every aspect of the kitchen
