What We're Looking For:

We're searching for an ambitious and skilled Senior Pastry Chef who shares our passion for exceptional pastry creations. As a crucial member of our kitchen brigade, you'll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs to execute and elevate our dessert offerings to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and organizing all pastry dishes to the highest standard.
• Preparing and plating all desserts during service, ensuring exceptional presentation and flavor.
• Ordering all ingredients needed for pastry recipes, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Leading the development of pastry menu items, contributing to the evolution of our offerings.
• Training and mentoring junior members of the pastry team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the pastry work areas, adhering to food safety standards.
• Maintaining strict adherence to health and hygiene protocols, including HACCP guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a high-end kitchen, with a strong focus on pastry.
• Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for pastry and desserts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Creativity and a willingness to experiment with new ingredients and pastry techniques.
