The Role:
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our senior kitchen team to deliver consistently exceptional dishes—playing a key role in prep, service, and mentoring junior chefs. You’ll need to be confident with high-level cooking techniques, organised in a fast-paced environment, and eager to develop your skills in open-fire cookery.
