The Role:

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our senior kitchen team to deliver consistently exceptional dishes—playing a key role in prep, service, and mentoring junior chefs. You’ll need to be confident with high-level cooking techniques, organised in a fast-paced environment, and eager to develop your skills in open-fire cookery.

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous in a high-end or Michelin-recognised kitchen

  • A strong understanding of fire-based cooking or an eagerness to learn

  • Calm and focused under pressure, with a hands-on, can-do attitude

  • Passionate about quality ingredients, teamwork, and attention to detail

  • A collaborative spirit who contributes ideas and lifts those around them
