International Restaurant Group, Aqua, with locations in Beijing, UK, & Hong Kong, seeks experienced Captains for the opening team of a new restaurant in Midtown NYC. Qualities we look for are a passion for food and drink, a genuine interest in making dining out fun for our guests, and a warm, hospitable disposition.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 2 years serving experience in high volume/fine dining New York City restaurants.
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails.
A polished, professional demeanor, with hospitable disposition
