Position Available: Full-Time Chef de Partie

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at IGNI — a restaurant driven by fire, precision, and constant evolution.

Working alongside a highly ambitious culinary team, you will play a key role in delivering refined, ingredient-led dishes with consistency, care, and attention to detail. This is an opportunity for a chef who thrives in a disciplined yet creative environment and is eager to grow within a dynamic kitchen culture.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Experience – Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a fine dining or high-quality restaurant environment

Passion for Excellence – A genuine love for food, seasonality, and delivering exceptional standards on every plate

Strong Technical Ability – Solid understanding of kitchen operations, preparation, and service standards

Composure Under Pressure – Calm, organised, and focused during busy services

Attention to Detail – Precision in presentation, cleanliness, and consistency

Team Spirit – Positive attitude with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within the kitchen team

Desire to Learn & Grow – Ambition to develop professionally and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

·       Run and maintain your section during preparation and service with consistency and precision

·       Ensure dishes are executed to IGNI’s standards at all times

·       Support senior chefs in maintaining smooth kitchen operations and service flow

·       Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety

·       Assist with stock rotation, mise en place, and daily kitchen preparation

·       Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams

·       Contribute positively to the culture and development of the kitchen brigade

·       Support and mentor junior chefs where needed
