Description
The Role
- Bistrotheque is looking to recruit an Assistant Bar Manager to work at our Central London bar and events location at ICA (Institute of Contemporary Art). You'll help lead the bar team, delivering to a wide variety of gallery customers and events. We offer a structured environment for a restaurant professional to step into + deliver great service + earn good money. You'll maintain standards, deliver training, oversee controls and support the Bar Manager in all day to day responsibilites.
Details
- Earning potential up £17.50 per hour (inc. tronc)
- 35 - 40 hours per week
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday

We also produce events at a Central London location close to Trafalgar Square where we have a cafe and bar operation and where our events business is based.
