Biscuiteers is an award-winning luxury gifting brand, sometimes described as the ‘NET-A-PORTER of biscuits’. We launched in 2007 with the mission to offer a more unique, stylish and personalised gifting solution under the banner ‘why send flowers when you can send Biscuiteers?’ Every single biscuit is lovingly made from start to finish and each one is totally individual.

Our aim is to provide a seamless, joyful experience that delivers a little magic, one hand-iced biscuit at a time. We’ve grown enormously, particularly in the last 18 months. In 2020 alone, we hand-iced over 2.5 million biscuits and delivered them to customers all over the world.

As well as our eCommerce business, we have two biscuit boutiques, where we offer ‘School of Icing’ events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee…or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work with a wide range of corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion.
Located in the beautiful urban oasis of Eccleston Yards, just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Victoria, our third boutique opened its doors in November 2021.

Who we’re looking for…

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Boutique Manager to join our beautiful Boutique & Icing Café in Belgravia.

As a key part of our dedicated team, you will assist the Boutique Manager in the successful running of the store, making sure we meet targets and offer a great shopping experience to all our visitors. This will involve:

  • Assisting with events including serving afternoon tea, helping with hen parties, children's parties and birthday parties
  • Leading by example as a role model for customer service excellence
  • Driving sales to meet and exceed targets
  • Managing the team, including rotas and staffing, development and training, performance and absence management
  • Managing customer feedback
  • Controlling stock and processing deliveries
  • Ensuring the store is presented beautifully at all times
  • Sharing responsibility for security procedures, H&S, hygiene and food safety
  • Working closely with HQ colleagues when needed, e.g. for marketing and events

You will need…

  • Previous hospitality experience
  • Experience in a retail supervisory role for a premium luxury brand is preferable, although training will be given
  • A natural flair for customer engagement, and a passion for customer service
  • Confidence in driving sales to meet targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive and hands-on approach
  • Enthusiasm for the role and for Biscuiteers
