An opportunity has arisen for an Exceptional Cafe Assistant to join the teams in our beautiful Boutique & Icing Cafés in Notting Hill and Belgravia Boutiques.

As a key part of our dedicated team, you will assist the Boutique management team in the successful running of the store, making sure we meet targets and offer a great shopping experience to all our visitors. You will be excited to talk to our customers, get involved in serving afternoon teas, and also our Icing events in Cafes

You will need…

• To be a confidence, out-going person with a natural flair for customer engagement, and a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in a customer service role within in a café or restaurant environment, preferably for a premium luxury brand is ideal but not essential.
• You will be keen to get involved with all our customer experience including our Icing classes or Icing events- keen to learn the skill of basic Icing techniques.
• Require an awareness of selling techniques and being able to promote and sell our products.
• Enthusiasm for the role and for Biscuiteers.
• Please note that we use video screening as part of our initial interviewing techniques and will not progress candidates unable to do this.
