Biscuiteers is an award-winning luxury gifting brand, sometimes described as the ‘NET-A-PORTER of biscuits’. We launched in 2007 with the mission to offer a more unique, stylish and personalised gifting solution under the banner ‘why send flowers when you can send Biscuiteers?’ Every single biscuit is lovingly made from start to finish and each one is totally individual.

Our aim is to provide a seamless, joyful experience that delivers a little magic, one hand-iced biscuit at a time. In 2024, we hand-iced over 3.0 million biscuits and delivered them to customers all over the world. In 2025, we are now proud to have achieved a B Corp accreditation.

As well as our eCommerce business, working with a huge range of corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion. We have two biscuit boutiques, where we offer ‘School of Icing’ events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee…or even a glass of Prosecco.

Who we’re looking for…

An opportunity has arisen for a Full time Cafe Assistant to join our beautiful Boutique & Icing Cafés in Belgravia, but may include working in our Notting Hill Boutique.

As a key part of our dedicated team, you will report to the Boutique management team in the successful running of the store, making sure we meet targets and offer a great shopping experience to all our visitors.

You will need…

• To be a confidence, out-going person with a natural flair for customer engagement, and a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in a customer service role within in a café or restaurant environment, preferably for a premium luxury brand is ideal but not essential.
• You will be keen to get involved with all our customer experience including our Icing classes or Icing events- keen to learn the skill of basic Icing techniques.
• Require an awareness of selling techniques and being able to promote and sell our products.
• A natural flair for customer engagement, and a passion for customer service.
• The ability to work weekends and flexible hours around events and shop opening hours.
• A positive, proactive and hands-on approach
• Enthusiasm for the role and for Biscuiteers.
