The Venue…

Opening soon in the heart of Mayfair, Il Borro Tuscan Bistro London will be the third restaurant opening from the brand, following its first outpost in Florence, and its second in Dubai, and will be led by Orange Hospitality, the award-winning F&B operator. Originating from the illustrious Ferragamo family, the Il Borro estate is located in Tuscany and promotes an organic farm-to-table concept. With a distinguished culinary reputation, the cuisine is a modern interpretation of Tuscan classics.

The Role…

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant reservation manager to join the team. You’ll have at least 1 years of experience in busy, high profile venues and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Reservation Manager, who will work closely with the Reception Team and all departments in order to ensure costumers expectations are met and delivered from the very start of their experience to the moment they leave our venue.

As a kay responsibilities as Assistant Reservation Manager are: 

-        To be responsible for running lunch/dinner service, prepare table allocations and ensure that cloakroom/reception is ready at all times

-        To ensure all guest interaction is professionally handled, understanding the philosophy of “the first impression”

-        To take reservations correctly and with the respect of the policies when necessary

-        To ensure clear communication between reservations and reception teams as well as an effective communication to all other departments, informing them of costumers’ bookings, needs & complaints

-        Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending guests' needs

-        To mentor/train staff through leading by example and support recruitment process in creating an outstanding candidate's experience

-        To look after reception appearance and presence

-        Understand relevant H&S legislation and the implications on the business, taking action as required

-        Cost control and financial budgeting alongside the Senior Hostess and General Manager
