Main Duties:
- Deliver a consistent service as per the company standards
- Have a thorough knowledge of the menu, product, and presentation standards
- Follow the sequence of service – from presentation of the menu, offering menu
recommendations, and dealing with customers’ overall needs
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and upkeep of chinaware and glassware
- Organize table settings and maintain tables dirt-free and tidy
Skills and Qualifications required:
- 1+ year experience working in a similar role
- Must possess a friendly and upbeat attitude
- Good English communication skills
- Additional languages are an advantage. Italian particularly
- Basic F&B knowledge
- Basic understanding of POS system. Micros knowledge is a plus
