Position Overview (the role): 

 As the Commis Chef, you will be cooking in the food section appointed to you by the Executive Chef or department heads whether this is the Hot/Cold Section, Grill/Pan Section, Fish Section & etc. You will be required to prepare and portion food products prior to cooking as well as performing other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation with focus on final presentation, including plating, and garnishing as appropriate.
